JAFAI HEALTH AND SUPPORT SERVICES, INC.  is a home care provider licensed by the state of Maryland, headquartered in Silver Spring. Our Mission

We were founded with a mission to provide caring, friendly services in a reliable, professional manner. We send home care aides to the places retirees & people with disabilities call home.

JAFAI is the name you can trust in your home. Our caregivers meet the highest standards:

  • We do thorough reference checks on all new home care aides.
  • We do a criminal background check on all home care aides.
  • When applicable, we verify the licenses and certifications of new certified nursing assistants and nurses.
  • All home care aides pass an initial skills test.
  • All home care aides must pass a written knowledge test.
  • We provide continuing education on home care for all aides throughout the year or annually.
  • We do thorough, ongoing skills evaluations on all home care aides annually.
  • Our supervisors check with clients/families throughout the year by phone and in-home visits to ensure the quality of care you receive and to verify your complete satisfaction.

Insurance Accepted

The majority of our services are private pay. We will work with your long-term care insurance, veteran's benefits, and other third-party payors on a case-by-case basis. We know that unexpected needs for home care can greatly affect a household budget, and we understand how important our services can be to a client and a client's family. You will find that JAFAI  balances these two priorities like no other company. We will work with you and your budget and do everything possible to get you the home care services that will improve your life.
