JAFAI offers disability care services to diverse individuals in Maryland to help them live their lives to the fullest, break barriers, and achieve their personal, life, and health goals. We develop a plan of care according to their specific condition and care needs. Our services revolve around helping individuals with disabilities integrate effectively into the community, communicate with others, gain access to the resources in the community, plan for their future, and get their needed care and support from the community and the right professionals.
